All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped
Please note there may be delays that are out of my control due to Royal Mial, however your order will still be processed by myself within the normal processing time

European & Worldwide Shipping
Please note all European orders are posted via international standard

International Standard - allow 3-17 working days for delivery from order completion

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Arty Bee Designs is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me
If UK order, over £10 there will be a tracking number on your shipping email for you to follow
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at artybeedesigns@yahoo.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and I will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return
